NPKUA Call for PKU Research Proposals

Deadline: 16 June 2025

National PKU Alliance (NPKUA) supports an annual grant program to fund the most critical projects working to improve the lives of individuals with PKU. The 2025-2026 NPKUA Grant Program is now accepting proposals for funding for PKU research. NPKUA is seeking to fund proposals that will:

  • Focus on management strategies, drug development, treatment(s) and/or a cure
  • Support the development and validation of clinical outcome assessment tools
  • Fund projects that have the potential to raise the quality of life of an individual with PKU, including understanding the aging process in PKU
  • Close existing gaps in the knowledge and science of PKU

Eligible applicants must have an advanced degree(s) and hold a position at an established clinical/academic/research institution. Please see the complete request for research proposals in here.

Applications may be submitted at https://npkua.grantplatform.com/. All applications must be submitted by Monday, June 16th at 11:59pm EST. Late applications will not be accepted for review.
