eGNA’s Genetic Nutrition ECHO Traineeships

Genetic Nutrition ECHO Traineeships are the newest component being offered by eGNA to address the gaps in metabolic specialty training among all levels of metabolic dietitians and other clinical providers of patients with IMDs. 

This 12-week traineeship will increase the knowledge of providers of all levels of experience treating patients with IMDs by using Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes), an all-teach-all-learn case-based learning model to enhance medical education and care management strategies. We will meet on Zoom for 1.5 hours for 12 consecutive weeks. We also recruit providers to act as expert panelists during each session.
