If you have not received your copy(ies) of the Journal of Inherited Metabolic Disease (JIMD) use this form to contact the SSIEM Registered Office.

Please note that if replacement copies are required during the current membership year you must notify the SSIEM Administrators by December of that membership year for free copies to be reissued. Copies of prior years will not be sent and will have to be purchased from the publisher.
