  National Conference of ISIEM held on 19-22 September 2024 in Jaipur
  Conference organised along with workshops for Pediatricians, Dietitians and laboratory scientists. Attended by 400 plus participants. International faculty included Dr Uma Ramaswami from UK.

  • Conceived October 2005
  • Registered as a professional society in 2012
  • Registration no. S/RS/aW 0762 /2012
  • First ISIEM executive committee included:
  • President: Dr IC Verma
  • Vice President: Dr Radha Rama Devi
  • Secretary: Dr Madhulika Kabra
  • Treasurer: Dr Seema Kapoor
  • National coordinator: Dr Sunita Bijarnia-Mahay
  • Nearly 150 + members – Mostly clinicians, but also lab scientists and metabolic dieticians.

  I: Initiative, issue solutions – dialogue with Govt, & other stakeholders – for the benefit of the field
